Elise Hall Saxophone Quartet is an Italian female ensemble created in homage to Elise Hall, one of the first female saxophonist in history. Since 2006, Elise Hall Saxophone Quartet has been working enriching the original repertoire for saxophone quartet, with a specific focus on crossover music. The ensemble has performed in important festivals such as Venice Biennale, MITO Fringe in Milan, Atlante Sonoro XXI in Rome, Festival Como Città della Musica, Musica in Castello in Parma, XIV Stage Internazionale del Saxofono in Fermo. Since 2012, the artists collaborate with the composer Michael Nyman, who invited them to perform with him during his Italian tours. Their latest album Crossfades was released in June 2019 for Da Vinci Publishing.
