
With a unique artistic vision, Italian saxophonist and composer Isabella Fabbri embodies innovation and depth in her music. She performs on the international music scene, presenting both classical repertoire and her own original compositions. Her multi-genre music seamlessly blends acoustic and electronic sounds, drawing inspiration from the spiritual wisdom of diverse cultures around the globe: a unique and immersive musical experience, always carrying a deeper message.
She has performed in some of the world's most prestigious venues, including Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the Arts Center in Seoul, and has taken part in renowned international festivals such as the Venice Biennale and the George Enescu Festival. She has collaborated with leading orchestras like the Filarmonica della Scala and the Teatro La Fenice Orchestra, under the baton of conductors such as Riccardo Chailly and Myung-Whun Chung.
Founder of CA' NOVA artistic house, a creative music production studio nestled in the countryside near Bologna, Isabella composes and produces her works in a space dedicated to artistic innovation. She is currently touring with her new solo album, Elementa, inspired by shamanic cultures, which she recently presented in Hungary at the Ozora Festival.
An internationally endorsed artist by Yanagisawa, D'Addario Woodwinds, and BG France, she is also Professor of Saxophone at the "F. Torrefranca" Conservatory of Music in Italy. Isabella completed her musical studies at the Conservatories of Ferrara, Milan, and Strasbourg and holds a degree in musicology, a specialization in musical cognition, and a PhD in arts.
