DEI is a musical project born from the encounter between Damiano Della Torre and Isabella Fabbri, both accomplished musicians and composers, as well as husband and wife. Their work blends ancient traditions with contemporary sounds, transforming sacred prayers from around the world into an immersive and participatory musical experience.
Through the use of both acoustic and electronic instruments, DEI explores the spiritual dimension of music. Damiano and Isabella’s research is rooted in the transformative power of sound and the words of prayer, creating an experience designed to foster deep inner connection.
Their latest album and concert programme, SACRED CHANTS, brings together prayers from different world traditions, reinterpreted through music. Their compositions weave together epochs and cultures, alternating moments of contemplation with ancestral rhythms, guiding the listener on a boundless journey through sound.
